Oscars 2020

To mark the closure of awards season this year, The Academy awards 2020 brought a wave of fashionistas adorn in voluminous luxury gowns. Unlike the red carpets of previous awards this year that showcased a variety of bling, glister and shimmer, Oscars projected more muted, neutral tones taking the center stage. With blacks and whites spread majorly across the canvas at the red carpet, some splashes of color were seen getting in the mix. Sustainability remained a big focus of the night, with many celebs diving in their wardrobe for a re-wear of old gowns, along with some vintage ensembles making an appearance. This is one trend we’re rooting for to continue for all future awards to come. Oscars 2020 held out its Grandest Awards show title, and put a perfect capper on the awards season 2020.
