BAFTA Awards 2020
The BAFTA awards this year marked one of the most sustainable fashion events yet, partnering with London School of Fashion, the red carpet of BAFTA brought forward A-list TV and film stars, sporting sustainability in their ensembles.
The guidelines for sustainable fashion provided by LSF were taken into account by celebrities walking the red carpet. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were in attendance of the event, with Kate Middleton giving a nod to sustainable fashion by re-wearing an Alexander McQueen white and gold gown, with gold Jimmy Choo heels.
The red carpet featured pink and black attires broadly as A-listers such as Scarlett Johansson, Laura Dern, Florence Pugh, Renee Zellweger wearing the former and Margret Robbie, Lily-Rose Depp, Emilia Clark and Olivia Colman gracing the event in a more eternal black.
The event all together was a mix of extraordinary fashion, with sustainability as the core focus. BAFTA Awards 2020 concluded on a fashion statement that will last for years to come.
